This group is to discuss early books of the Catholic Church, before Vatican II, in an effort to understand and carry out our vocations or to better understand our role as Tridentine Catholics in the era after Vatican II. There will be no debate about Vatican II, just discussion on the chosen books. We can go from discussions on the Douay-Rheims, to Thomas a Kempis, and everywhere between and beyond. The only caveat, is that all discussion books be by early Church Fathers, or those who discuss Catholic Doctrine before Vatican II. We will read and study and discuss any books that the group chooses. I want this to be YOUR group, and not just what I want to discuss. Come make it your group, and discover what it means to be a Tridentine Catholic in a Vatican II world. All books are open for discussion, including fiction, as along as it is Traditional Catholic in nature.
